"I sold my house, above the listing price and with multiple offers received within just five days after the house was listed on the market! My experience of working with Tim Getz (my agent) was simply perfect! He really made the home selling, which I believed to be a nerve-racking process, a super smooth one! I believe the smoothness is a result of Tim’s deep knowledge about the local housing market, his efficient management of all paperwork, as well as his prompt and crystal clear communications throughout the entire home-selling process. Tim ensured that he and I were always on the same page every step of the way in the process. At the initial stage of the home-selling process, Tim did a thorough comparable-market analysis for my house. “ We switched to Tim as a buyers agent, midway through the sale of our old home. The timing of our closings was stressful and had the potential to be costly and nightmarish but Tim navigated it all with ease and the utmost of professionalism. He didn’t miss a beat and lined up all of the homes we requested as well as finding others. One deal fell through after a scary inspection and he navigated our extrication with ease, even securing a discount on the inspection for our subsequent contract. We were prepared to make an offer closer to asking in this current market that’s extremely competitive, especially for a ranch such as the one we wanted. "To report that selling our house was a gloomy endeavor would not fully frame the reality of our experience. The pending arrival of our third child forced us to consider a larger home with fencing for the yard. "Where do I begin when speaking about Tim Getz a top notch, extraordinary and professional realtor? As first time home buyers we didn’t know what to expect! In the beginning we were a little skeptical dealing with Tim just because of the bad experience we had just recently had with a different realtor. However, after a few emails, phone conversations and house views our skepticism began to diminish. We could see that he was motivated, resourceful and very knowledgeable in his area of expertise.
